We use your information to connect you with one local service professional who can help with your request, to send you updates about your request, and to improve our service.

Who we share it with

We share your contact details and request with one professional at a time, and only after they have agreed to take on your request. If that professional can't help, we may connect you with another. We do not sell your information to lead lists or share it with multiple companies at once.

We use service providers to run the site (hosting, database, email, payment processing for professionals, and analytics), who process data on our behalf.
