What MI Pros does
MI Pros connects homeowners with independent local service professionals. We are not a plumbing contractor and do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any work.
For homeowners
Our service is free for homeowners. Submitting a request does not book an appointment. The professional will contact you to discuss your needs, availability, and pricing, and any agreement for work is directly between you and the professional. We do not guarantee availability, timing, pricing, or the outcome of any work.
For professionals
Professionals pay a fee to accept a lead. Accepted leads are generally non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, credit or refund leads that are fraudulent, duplicate, have invalid contact information, or fall clearly outside your agreed service area or services.
